who are we

Mark, the Alexander half of Alexander Miller, born in Cornwall. He moved to London and pursued a career in optics. Mark returned to Cornwall in 1994 with Samantha and enjoyed raising his family in Portreath. Mark loves cooking, Radiohead and supporting Liverpool FC.

Anita took over from Andrew in 2023, returning to Cornwall after 30 years of working across the UK as an optometrist. With a dedication to patient-centered care, Anita brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her work. She also loves reading and walking, particularly on the Roseland Peninsula with her husband at the weekends.

Samantha moved to Cornwall 30 years ago with Mark and joined the AMO team in 2021. Samantha and Mark have raised their family in Cornwall - Adam, Grace and Beth, and Samantha enjoys nothing better than family gatherings with them all.
